BIG RED: By The NUMBERS

When you're talking about Nebraska football, there just ain't enough numbers to go around. For example, should the numeral 20 be best remembered for the school-record number of victories that Frank Solich racked up in his first two years at the Husker Helm? Or should it be remembered for the jersey number of the greatest Cornhusker to ever play the game -- Johnny Rodgers? Or should it refer to the number of years Solich has been at Nebraska? You can see how this bean, er, corn-counting gets to be quite a task. Hey, has anyone got a calculator? Here are some of our favorite Husker numbers.
